  • February 3, 2020 - Q&A Session Webinars: Registration Now Available!

    AIR will be hosting two thirty-minute Q&A sessions for educators and administrators with outstanding questions related to Indiana’s Alternate Measure (I AM). These webinars will take place on Thursday, March 26 at 8:00 AM EST and Monday, March 30 at 4:00 PM EST. To register for one of these sessions, select the “I AM Q&A Session Registration” card on the I AM Portal and complete the required fields. For assistance with registering, please contact the AIR Help Desk.

  • Understanding I AM Webinar

    The recorded Understanding I AM Webinar is now available under Training Resources in the Test Coordinators, Test Administrators and Educators, and Technology Coordinators resources folders on the I AM portal. This webinar provides an overview of the I AM assessment as well as available resources for families and educators. It is intended for school- and corporation-level staff.

  • September 12, 2019 - Upcoming TIDE Downtime and Resetting AIR System Account Passwords for 2019-2020 School Year

    The Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) will be down for maintenance from Friday, September 13 through Sunday, September 22. TIDE will be inaccessible during this period of time. During this downtime please note the following access limitations:

    All Indiana assessment user account passwords will be reset for the 2019-2020 school year.Once TIDE goes live on September 23, you reset your password for the 2019-2020 school year. Please follow these steps:

    1.  Select from the assessment programs, and then from the user cards on the Indiana Assessment Portal.
    2. From the user page, select any available systems card.
    3. On the system login page, click on the link to "Request a new one for this school year."
    4. Enter the email address that is associated with your user account and click submit.
    5. An email (from AIRAST-DoNotReply@airast.org) which contains a clickable link, will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
    6. Click on the link. You will be directed to a page where you can enter a new password. The link will expire 15 minutes after you receive it; if you do not create your new password in 15 minutes you will need to request a new link.
    7. Follow the on-screen prompts to create a new password.

  • September 6, 2019 – Recorded Test Administration Overview Webinar Now Available 

    The recorded Test Administration Overview Webinar is now available in the CTC Resources and Educator Resources folders on the ILEARN, IREAD-3, ISTEP+ , and I AM portals. This webinar provides an overview of the entire test administration process, including AIR systems and technology tools, available resources, and training opportunities. It is intended for Corporation and School level staff.

  • Final 2018-2019 Grade 3 ELA I AM Results and Reports Now Available in ORS - Share with Schools!

    Permissioned corporation and school staff may now access final I AM aggregated and student-level results and reports for grade 3 ELA via the Online Reporting System (ORS). Results for all other grade levels and subject areas were available last week on Thursday, August 15.
